FAR Out Hospitality Hosts Upcoming Feast At Fort Worth Club

The creative culinary creations of chefs Felipe Armenta and Graham Elliot will be on full display on November 8th at as they prepare several signature dishes from their umbrella of FAR Out Hospitality restaurants at the Fort Worth Club.

Armenta and Graham will present 150 guests a feast of dishes that appear at their concepts Maria’s, Le Margot, F1 Smokehouse, and Cowboy Prime. To complement this foodie dream-come-true, Alexander Vineyards will be offering wine pairings to go along with each culinary offering.

This exclusive dinner, titled the “Far Out Feast,” which begins at 6 p.m., will be the first of two Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation events that will kick off the 2023-2024 season, according to a release.

But food isn’t the only reason to attend this first-ever event. The FWFWF will also be presenting the Renfro Family with the 2023 Walter F. Kaufmann Lifetime Achievement Award in honor of the family’s illustrious 80-year history. This award is reserved for individuals who embody the integrity, achievements, and standards set by the beloved Fort Worth Chef Walter. Over the years, the Renfro family have unquestionably achieved these qualities with their deeply rooted Fort Worth brand that manufactures salsas, peppers, relishes and sauces.

The company’s award-winning salsa line, Mrs. Renfro’s, includes nearly 30 products available through supermarkets, gourmet food stores and gift shops in all 50 states and internationally. Originally founded in 1940 as a packaged spices and pepper sauce business, the Renfro family has continued to evolve and expand the brand into the multimillion-dollar business that it is today. In 2018, the company was named a finalist for the Dream Big Small Business of the Year Award by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
