Frequently asked questions
I received a ticket credit from the canceled 2025 Rise + Dine event. How do I apply it to an upcoming event?
Ticket holders from the canceled 2025 Rise + Dine event should have received an email from the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation (noreply@ticketsauce.com) with a coupon code to redeem your ticket credit. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam folder. At checkout, enter the code from that email and your ticket credit will be applied to your purchase. Credits may be used for any Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation event now through the 2027 Festival – yes, even non-festival events such as Night Market and others. If you require assistance or have any questions, please email support@event-help.com.

What happens in the case of bad weather?
The Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival is Rain or Shine! 🌦️🍷
Per Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival ticketing policy, our annual festival will take place rain or shine—so in case of rain, don’t forget your umbrellas, ponchos, and favorite rain boots! All signature events are held outside. Should severe weather be deemed unsafe by local authorities or onsite officials including FWPD officers, Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation staff will follow their instructions to close an event. We will promptly notify all ticket holders via email and real-time updates through the FWFWF app.
Please keep in mind that all ticket sales are final. Your ticket purchase directly impacts our 501(c)(3) nonprofit and our ability to support Fort Worth’s vibrant culinary community and year-round initiatives. Thank you for standing with us, rain or shine!
