The Festival and other events throughout the year showcase the local food + beverage talent. Event booth fees range $250 - $600 and sponsorship opportunities start at $2,000. All beverage vendors graciously donate their product and time - Festival proceeds go into our scholarship, grant, and educational programs. A little background on how the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival works - the Festival is produced by Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization. The Festival and other events throughout the year showcase the local food + beverage talent. The Festival does not have paid vendor spots. All food vendors graciously donate their product and time - Festival proceeds go into our scholarship, grant, and educational programs. The Festival does try to provide a stipend of $250-500, which depends on how much money is raised for the year. There are 1300 tickets sold to each of our signature Festival events. Each participant is asked to bring a MINIMUM of 900 portions. (2-3 oz samples) Compostable plates/bowls and forks/spoons are provided, everything else you will need to prepare and serve would need to be brought with you.
